Eligibility Criteria

Masters in psychology, social work, women and child laws, MPhil and PhD. Registered with RCI with min 5 years’ experience (basic screening should by the organisation should be undertaken: scanned documents of educational, experience or other relevant certificates and details. Organisation should provide ICAN details of the counselors skills, abilities through hands on experience of working in similar lines).

Any query or objection raised by anyone under RTI or otherwise must be answered by the concerned organisation along with written proof in support of the correctness of the counselling procedure, its result, and their eligibility to conduct the test.

Partner Organisation who provide psychometric tools

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Support for conducting tests related to ICAN Wellness and for specific partners. This can be for ICAN Wellness Partners: Corporates, Educational Institutions, NGOs based on the specific requirements.
  2. Submission of weekly, monthly test reports to ICAN Wellness.

Eligibility Criteria
The organisations should have a commercial license to conduct the tests and should agree to submit their license copy to ICAN Wellness.
Any query or objection raised by anyone under RTI or otherwise must be answered by the concerned organisation along with written proof in support of the correctness of the result, and their eligibility to conduct the test.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Conducting training for ICAN Wellness and partner organisations.
  2. If needed, conduct specific tests with the participants on various aspects of assessments and development.
  3. Submission of test reports to ICAN and partner organisation.

ICAN is aiming to contribute to a variety of needs in PSUs, Banks, Training, Personality Development Training.

Eligibility Criteria

The organisations should have a commercial license to conduct the tests and should agree to submit their license copy. The members from the organisation should preferably have an MBA in HR or Masters in relevant fields of Psychology/ Anthropology/ Entrepreneurship/ Computer Science/ Communication/ Soft Skills and other domains relevant to training. And/ or Certification from the Ministry of Skill Development or an authentic source.
Any query or objection raised by anyone under RTI or otherwise must be answered by the concerned organisation along with written proof in support of the correctness of the result, and their eligibility to conduct the test.

Eligibility Criteria
Individuals who have a proven track record of success stories in conducting or facilitating sessions to inspire the audience. Relevant sessions videos should be submitted along with the awards, rewards and other memberships if applicable.
