Mr. Rath posted on the ICAN portal about an urgent need for her daughter. Her daughter, Ms Deepika Laxakar was a cancer survivor and had recently had an operation of her Spine. She was in extreme pain and distress, for the lockdown she was unable to reach her Doctor in Gwalior for her regular checkups. Information about this was shared with warrior Kulbhushan in Bhopal. He first reached out to the local district hospital and coordinated her initial check up and observation. Upon sustained issues with her health, Kulbhushan coordinated with the local police station and also arranged an ambulance for transport. The I-CAN state desk in Bhopal helped Kulbhushan with getting permission and clearances for travel up to gwalior. Kulbhushan, was in constant coordination with Mr Rath as the Ambulance took her to Gwalior for check up and then returned her safely to Bhopal.
