CoWin Warrior Kulbhushan

A cancer patient from Bhopal required blood for the purpose of treatment and transfusion urgently. His requirement was posted on the I-CAN portal and the same reached CoWin warrior Kulbhushan. He, upon being informed, took prompt action and arranged two people willingly to donate blood to the patient, from his own network of contacts. Two days after the initial episode, the patient again required more blood. Kulbhushan coordinated with fellow warriors Veer and Khabar Dhan to ensure that required units of blood are provided to the patient in need, through the local red cross society. Kulbhushan has also connected the patients’ families to more donors who could help in catering to the urgent blood donation needs of the patient in future.
