A resident of Devendra nagar, Panna, Madhya Pradesh, Satyam Shivhare was in distress and reached out to the I-CAN network. His brother Ashish was in immediate need of medical care. The local doctor, unable to diagnose him properly, referred him to a specialist. Satyam had to take his brother to a hospital in Chattarpur and needed administrative clearances to travel in the lockdown. Their need for a travel pass was informed to our warrior Anurag, in Panna. He instantly coordinated with the local authorities and arranged a pass for them, allowing them to travel and get the required medical attention.
