Sakuntala Majhi from Kalitala, Balarampur, Purulia, West Bengal, had a family of 5 to feed. For the lockdown, her daily earnings had stopped and she was finding it very difficult to support and feed all members of the family. Her need was identified and forwarded to an NGO partner in Purulia, the HOPE Trust. The NGO made the delivery of a ration kit, containing Rice, Pulse, Oil, Salt and Potatoes to the family, satisfying their requirement.
