Mr Jahangir Mangachank, a daily wage earner living in Kurla, Mumbai ran out of ration and groceries at his home. He was staying with 9 other daily wagers.They had pooled in all their savings to buy essential things when the lockdown began and were thereafter, now struggling to fill their stomach everyday. These people were also fasting as the holy month of Ramzan is in progress, which made things more challenging for them. Through Co-Win Warrior Kunal Jogani’s efforts, an NGO named Human Social Care Foundation stepped in and supplied essential items including grains, wheat, oil at their doorstep. This has ensured that the 10 men can spend the holy month of Ramzan peacefully, without any challenges.
