Aditya Purandare from Kharghar, Panvel city, Maharashtra needed a medical fitness certificate from a registered Doctor. He had a requirement to travel urgently and in order to get an inter-state transportation pass he needed to submit a medical fitness certificate to the local authorities.He reached out to the I-CAN network to assist with his need and was connected with our warrior Bhola Kumar. Warrior bhola coordinated with a doctor and made sure that a fitness certificate is issued in Aditya’s name and then provided to him.
